What data we process
This site has no forms and no user accounts, and it does not collect personal data on its own.
We process only the data you send us voluntarily when you write by email or book an appointment through the linked tool: your name, your email address, the content of your message and, if you choose to share it, information about your health or personal situation.
What we use it for
We use that data only to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a first session. We do not use it for advertising and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
Why we can use it
We use your data because you send it to us and, by doing so, give us your consent. If you share information about your health, we understand that you explicitly agree to us using it to reply to you.
You can withdraw that consent whenever you like. We make no automated decisions and we do not profile you.
How long we keep it
We keep the data from your enquiry for as long as needed to answer it. If you begin therapy, we keep it for the duration of the therapeutic relationship and afterwards for as long as healthcare rules require.
Who receives your data
Your data is received only by the providers needed to deliver the service:
- Google LLC, as provider of the email account (Gmail).
- Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and provides its cookieless analytics.
Some of these providers are in the United States and offer the data-protection guarantees Europe requires. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, request its portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to the email address given above.
If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can contact the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Web analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to learn how many people visit the site, which pages they view and where they come from. This service uses no cookies and does not identify individuals: the data is aggregated and anonymous. You will find more detail in the Cookie policy.
Clinical records
Information you send through this website is not part of any clinical record. The data of people who begin therapy is kept separately, with the safeguards that healthcare practice requires.
